Bean Patties

2 14oz. Cans of Black Beans(drained, rinsed and patted dry)
Half a Bell Pepper, finely chopped
Half a lg. onion, finely chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Eggs
½ Cup of Feta Cheese
½ cup of Bread Crumbs
1½ Tablespoon of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
¼ Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Step 1:
Saute peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat when done gently blot some of the moisture out
Step 2:
Place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients, except beans stir together
Step 3:
Now add beans and stir together
Step 3:
Form into patties about 1/3 cup mixture
Step 4:
Place patties on a baking sheet
Step 5:
Bake at 375° 10 minutes on each side (20 min. total)
